Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment.

Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

Obviously, there are a large number of types of dwellings around the world. Some people find different benefits to stay in a house, whilst others adore to live in their own flat. In this essay I will discuss advantages and disadvantages of such types of homes.

On the one hand, it is definitely breathtaking to have your own area, that is a yard near home. Multitude houses are constructed outside the city or on the outskirts of the city, therefore owners can breathe fresh air without emissions, which is extremely good for health. People, who prefer a lot of space around them, would choose this type of dwelling, which suits them so much. Nevertheless, a disadvantage for house is that in mostly cases dwellers need to have a car for traveling to their jobs, schools, kindergartens. Occupiers should wake up early in the morning, because they need to not be late for work, schools, universities etc.

However, it is also a brilliant idea to live in an apartment. People can choose in which part of the city to live. Some people are persuaded in the convenience of theirs flats, because theirs homes are near bus stations, underground or even near their work, schools, universities etc. Disadvantage for an apartment is that there is always a lot of noise in their home, because of the cars on the roads, large number of people, music from stores etc. The air with emissions is also a huge problem, which can not be solved, if people live in the city.

In conclusion, I sincerely believe people will choose their own dream-home without disadvantages, regardless of whether it is a house or an apartment.
