The activity is aimed at using this structure with prepositions
If students have not learned any prepositions yet, present and practise for a while those you need for this activity (in front of, in the middle of, in the center of, behind, under, in the corner, at/near/ by/ next to, between, opposite, etc.)
A teacher starts first to host the game.
She/he blinds the eyes.
One of the students changes his/her position, standing in the corner for example.
A teacher asks as many questions as possible until she/he gets the “yes” answer.
Are you under the table? Are you near the window?, etc.
A student says: No, I am not. Yes, I am.
